I am an experienced UX/UI leader specializing in creating prototypes and leading UX projects in various industries. I build design and research teams using a wide range of methods to tailor our projects to the real needs of users.
UX/UI Design Leadership
For many years, I have been leading projects and entire business areas as a UX Lead. I am responsible for the entire user experience strategy and guide projects through all phases of the design process. I specialize particularly in large and complex back office systems.
Creative Workshops
I have been facilitating creative workshops for longer than I have been in User Experience. I am a certified Design Thinking facilitator, but I use many methods. Most of the workshops I organize are tailored to the specific requirements of a given project.
Prototyping
In today's business, you need to act quickly and test solutions as cheaply and as early as possible in the process to gain valuable insights. I have the technical skills to build advanced interactive prototypes as well as working MVP applications.
Web Development
In my spare time, I do a lot of programming. This helps me collaborate with development teams and understand the technological limitations in working on interfaces. I see great value in developing technical skills in the work of UX/UI Designers.
