A categorized catalog of Raycast extensions
Raycast's store has over 1,700 extensions and no meaningful categories. I wrote a script that sorts them into 18 categories with GPT. The catalog got 600 stars on GitHub.

Shipping to the UK after Brexit broke the paperwork
After Brexit, parcels to the UK went through a UK entity and took about 20 days. I connected invoicing with the courier, and now they go direct, in 7–10 days and duty-free for the customer.
